Renewables

Renewable energy is a term used to describe energy that comes from natural resources such as the sun and the wind. These resources are never unavailable and we never run out of them. The use of renewable energy products has little to no effect on the environment.

We specialize in renewable energy sources such as solar, pv, and wind.

Solar Energy

The sun puts out more energy in one hour then the whole world uses in one year. The use of solar energy has been around for hundreds of years. We
rely mainly on coal, oil, and natural gas for our energy. These are non-renewable energy resources that will eventually dwindle, become too expensive or cause irreversible damage to our environment. Renewable energy resources like wind and solar energy, are constantly replenished and will never run out. Most renewable energy comes either directly or indirectly from the sun. Solar Electric Panels/Photovoltaic (PV) panels, absorb the rays from the sun in order to create energy. Solar energy is being used directly for heating and lighting homes and other buildings, for generating electricity, hot water heating, solar cooling, and a variety of commercial and industrial uses.

Benefits of using Solar Energy

  • Non-pollutant with no noise emissions and safe for the environment
  • Lessens dependancy on fossil fuels
  • Low maintenance
  • Self-Sufficient
  • Cost effective
  • Government Incentives

Wind Energy

Wind energy is actually a form of solar energy. Wind Turbines/Wind Mills use the energy of the wind to generate electricity. Wind energy is one of the fastest growing technologies worldwide and has very minimal on going costs. Wind power is a clean and renewable energy source which means its a reliable long-term source for energy.

Benefits of using Wind Energy

  • Cost-effective
  • Pollution free energy
  • Uses little land space and can be installed onto house structure
  • Low noise emissions
  • Many states offer incentives to use wind energy
  • Federal government grants and incentives
